Job Overview
We’re looking for a video-first Content Creator to bring Barakah to life in Bahrain. You’ll be out in the city, finding the food, places and moments worth sharing — then turning them into social content that feels local, fun and impossible to scroll past.

What you will do

• Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat.

• Create content around new vendors, food drops, campaigns, community moments and everyday Barakah finds.

• Turn trends into ideas that feel relevant to Bahrain and true to Barakah.

• Capture food in a way that makes people hungry, curious and ready to open the app.

• Work closely with the marketing and partnerships teams to plan shoots and bring campaigns to life.

• Keep an eye on what people are talking about locally and move quickly when there’s a good content opportunity.

• Help build a recognisable Barakah presence in Bahrain from the ground up.

What we’re looking for

• You know how to make a strong video from the first second.

• You can shoot and edit confidently on a phone, and know your way around tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.

• You understand TikTok, Instagram Reels and Snapchat — not just how they work, but what makes people watch and share.

• You have a good eye for food, culture and storytelling.

• You’re based in Bahrain and know the local scene: the places, the people and the moments worth capturing.

• You’re comfortable working independently, moving fast and making things happen.

• You’re fluent in Arabic or English.

• A portfolio of video work you've shot and edited.
